Do you take Walk-ins?

Yes, we always recommend booking an appointment in advance, but walk-ins are always welcome!


Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards that make the perfect treat for friends and loved ones. The monetary value of our gift cards never expires. However, please note that any promotional value from holiday gift card packages is only valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.


Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on services, products, or gift cards. Products may be exchanged for salon credit or another product within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused and sealed. If you are not satisfied with the final result of your hair, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy

Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all scheduled services or loss of deposit.


Balayage or Highlight Appointment Policy

For all balayage, highlight, or keratin appointments, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your services on the day of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy.
