Do you take Walk-ins?
Yes, we always recommend making an appointment, however walk-ins are always welcome!
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! We have gift certificates that you can purchase for your friends and loved ones.
Product exchange or salon credit within 7 days of purchase. No refunds. No returns on gift cards.
Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
Balayage or Highlight Appointment Policy
For new balayage, highlight or keratin appointments. We require a $50 deposit 48hr prior your appointment in order to reserve your spot. This deposit can be processed over the phone and will go towards your services, but it's non-refundable for any last minute cancellations. If we don't get a confirmation and deposit from the client we will have to cancel the appointment. We will text or call 2 days before your appointment date to remind you.
