Do you take Walk-ins?
Yes, we always recommend making an appointment, however walk-ins are always welcome!
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! We have gift certificates that you can purchase for your friends and loved ones.
No Refunds for any services or products. Product exchange or salon credit within 7 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the final result of your hair let us know ASAP, this way we can make the necessary adjustments. No returns on gift cards.
Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).
Balayage or Highlight Appointment Policy
For new balayage, highlight or keratin appointments. We require a $50 deposit 48hrs prior your appointment in order to reserve your spot. This deposit can be processed over the phone and will go towards your services, but it's non-refundable for any last minute cancellations. If we don't get a confirmation and deposit from the client we will have to cancel the appointment. We will contact the client 2 days prior their appointment date to remind them.
