Do you have gift cards?

Yes! We offer gift cards that make the perfect treat for friends and loved ones. The monetary value of our gift cards never expires. However, please note that any promotional value from holiday gift card packages is only valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on services, products, or gift cards. Products may be exchanged for salon credit or another product within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused and sealed. If you are not satisfied with the final result of your hair, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all scheduled services or loss of deposit.

Balayage or Highlight Appointment Policy

For all balayage, highlight, or keratin appointments, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your services on the day of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Why are your listed prices starting prices

Our posted prices are starting prices because every service is customized. Final pricing depends on your specific hair length, density, condition, desired results, and time and products required to complete the service.

Why may service prices change during the appointment?

Service pricing may change if additional time, techniques, or products are needed beyond the original booking. We encourage guests to ask their stylist about pricing before the service begins if they have any questions or would like a more detailed estimate.

Why do you require a deposit for longer appointments?

Deposits are required to help prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows outside of our cancellation policy window. Longer services reserve extended time blocks, and our stylists work on commission. When appointments are canceled late, that time often cannot be rebooked and results in lost income.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule within our cancellation policy window. This policy helps protect our stylists’ time and ensures fair scheduling for all guests.

We use Kerastase and Oribe for our backbar shampoo, conditioning services, and treatments. We also use Alfaparf Milano Cellulas Madre for professional hair treatments. These salon-grade products are chosen to support hair strength, scalp health, and long-lasting results.

How often should I get my hair professionally serviced?

Most clients benefit from professional services every 4–8 weeks, depending on hair type, style, and maintenance needs.
