Master Stylist Opportunity
We’re currently hiring for a Master Stylist position at our Pembroke Pines salon, serving clients throughout South Florida.
We rarely have openings for stylists. As a small, high-end salon in Broward County, with a limited number of chairs, our team tends to stay for years. A recent relocation has created a rare opportunity for an experienced stylist to step into a fully booked, established environment.

The Role: As a Master Stylist, you’ll deliver exceptional services with support from assistants and front desk staff, plus ongoing in-house education and a steady flow of clients.
Responsibilities
- High-quality color, highlighting, cutting, and styling
- Personalized consultations and welcoming experience
- Collaborate with assistants and front desk
- Maintain a clean, professional station
- Participate in on-going in-house education
- Contribute to a team-focused culture
What We Offer + Benefits
- Commission pay plus tips (guarantee pay available for select candidates)
- 25 or more hours per week, closed Mondays

Requirements
- Florida cosmetology license
- 2 or more years behind the chair (preferred)
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Own tools including shears and clippers
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
- Social media presence is a plus
Required Availability
- Must be able to work every other Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM
