Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that we operate on a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior the scheduled reservation, will result in a loss of deposit or 50% charge of all scheduled services. You may also be requested to pay a deposit on any future appointments.

Sometimes emergencies will arise, so we will always consider your circumstances and your cancellation history to offer a flexible alternative where possible but, be mindful that your service provider earns based on commission so cancelling last minute creates a spot we cannot fill with someone else. 

Deposit Policy

All appointments longer than 90 minutes will require a deposit to be booked. The deposit amount starts at $50 but may increase depending on the services booked and the service provider requested. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable if adjusted within 48 hours. 

Late policy

Please keep in mind that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled. We will always try to accommodate you as best as we can, but depending on our availability, you might be advised to reschedule for a different time or day.

Scheduling Policy

Standing appointments are available to be booked for qualified clients for the next three months. Please keep in mind that you may lose your availability to have standing appointments if you frequently change or cancel your standings.

Although we will try to send appointment reminders, it is your responsibility to confirm and keep track of your own scheduled appointments. To minimize any errors, please confirm your contact details are up to date with the front desk.

Return Policy

We don’t issue refunds or returns on gift cards. Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date as long as the product is unused & sealed. We do not accept returns on products. Please note that for gift cards, the monetary value will never expire, but the promotional value will expire after 60 days of the original purchase date.

Re-do Policy

We do not issue refunds. If you have any concerns regarding your hair or feel unsatisfied, we would love to make it right. Please contact the salon directly as soon as possible so we can plan for you to come in within 7 days of the original service date. Re-do’s are not available for any service outside this timeframe.

General Salon Etiquette

  • Please do not bring others, including children, with you to your appointments. We have very limited space, and we would like to be able to accommodate those receiving services.
  • All our prices are starting prices; if you’re working within a budget, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation for exact pricing or sharing any budget restrictions with your service provider prior to the services being performed. Please note that certain services, such as color corrections or blonding sessions, are charged by the hour, so providing an exact price is not possible.
  • We will always put the integrity of your hair above anything else. If your service provider knows that your requested service would risk the integrity of your hair, we reserve the right to refuse service.
  • Any hair services provided to a minor will require a legal guardian to be present during the consultation to agree to the services and pricing.
