We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to delivering quality service every time. Please take a moment to review our policies below:

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. You will also forfeit any deposit placed for cancellations or no-shows.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not fully satisfied with a service, we are happy to offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Adjustments do not apply to hair styling services or changes in style or color outside the original consultation.

No Refunds

Please note: We do not offer refunds on services, retail products, or gift card purchases

Deposit Policy

All appointments longer than 90 minutes will require a deposit to be booked. The deposit amount starts at $50 but may increase depending on the services booked and the service provider requested. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable if the appointment is adjusted or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows.

Late policy

Please keep in mind that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled. We will always try to accommodate you as best as we can, but depending on our availability, you might be advised to reschedule for a different time or day.

Scheduling Policy

Standing appointments are available to be booked for qualified clients for the next three months. Please keep in mind that you may lose your availability to have standing appointments if you frequently change or cancel your standings.

Although we will try to send appointment reminders, it is your responsibility to confirm and keep track of your own scheduled appointments. To minimize any errors, please confirm your contact details are up to date with the front desk.

Return Policy

We don’t issue refunds or returns on gift cards. Products can only be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date as long as the product is unused & sealed. We do not accept returns on products. Please note that for gift cards, the monetary value will never expire, but the promotional value will expire after 60 days of the original purchase date.

General Salon Etiquette

  • Please do not bring others, including children, with you to your appointment if it's over 1 hour. We have limited seating, and we would like to be able to accommodate those receiving services.
  • All our prices are starting prices; if you’re working within a budget, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation for exact pricing or sharing any budget restrictions with your service provider prior to the services being performed. Please note that certain services, such as color corrections or blonding sessions, are charged by the hour, so providing an exact price is not possible.
  • We will always put the integrity of your hair above anything else. If your service provider knows that your requested service would risk the integrity of your hair, we reserve the right to refuse service.
  • Any hair services provided to a minor will require a legal guardian to be present during the consultation to agree to the services and pricing.
